Original creation. Hand-dyed costume with chainmail shoulder armor. Shield made from petri dish lids. This was a class project focusing on "Wearable Art". Experimenting with dye, I wanted it to combine different textures and shades of similar colors. I purchased the petri dish lids from a military surplus store and hot glued them edge to edge.
